These conveyors are consist of two lines as coupled to each other. One of them connected to the drive unit moves continuously. The other one consists of free moving trolleys. Free trolleys can be sent in any direction using switches and stop stations. The things that cannot be made by standard hanger type conveyors, like to carry material at a different speed, to store materials in different areas and to direct them to different sections, can be made on these conveyors. It provides both space and energy savings since stopping and storing can be done in paint lines, drying ovens, loading and unloading areas, and booths. On the same line by directing the materials to the separate drying and unloading areas, different color paint applications can be made.
