It has made for an alternative to classical spray cleaning lines with a conveyor. Continues system paint facilities, connected to conveyor speed and material dimensions, can be too long and occupy too much place in the factory. As an alternative to them, step controlled paint facilities and lines can be designed. In these lines, conveyor moves as a certain distance and stops for a while, during the stop time, the doors on the entrance and exit sections of the spray cleaning chamber close, the nozzle group moves and cleaning process starts. Thus, several processes can be realized in a chamber. Therefore, there is a big advantage to have less space occupied. According to material dimensions and capacity, special chamber pretreatment lines can be designed.
