It is one of the most advanced paint application techniques developed for coating metal materials, it is usually used as a primer, then powder paint or wet paint is applied on it. Establishing a correct surface preparation and cleaning line is very important for a good e-coating application. With the correct surface preparation application, the adhesion rate of the cataphoresis coating will increase and longterm adhesion will be ensured. The biggest advantage of cataphoresis coating is that it causes less damage to the environment due to its water-based nature, there is no fire hazard, its cost is cheap and all surfaces can be equally coated with paint. Tanks can be produced from stainless steel or PP material upon request. In lines with continuous conveyors, the perimeter of the tank is closed with glass windows. When the windows are opened for maintenance, the system automatically cuts off the electricity and a safe working environment is provided.

E-Coating lines can be designed as systems with a continuous conveyor line or with robotic lowering systems. In conveyor line systems, the products move constantly on a continuous conveyor. While products are moving they are slowly immersed and submerged from the tank. In systems with lowering robots, the products are transported by a robot moving on top of the tanks. Robots carry out the application processes by lowering the products when they come on top of the tanks.
Paint inside the tank is kept in constant motion with the help of a circulation pump. Tank is constantly fed with the help of level sensors. Overflow tank is used to ensure that the liquid inside the tank stays at the same level. The paint inside the tank is kept clean with the help of the filtration system.
