It can be applied manually or by robots in booths with water curtains or paper filters.\

Before application, sandblasting or acid etching should be done for surface preparation. Because of teflon is a non-stick product, it does not stick to smooth metal, so the surface to be coated must be rough. The application can be done with classical paint guns or electrostatic guns, just like wet paint applications. First, the primer is applied and dried in the pre-drying oven, then the top coat is applied and baked in an oven at approximately 450 °C.
