Chain on Edge Spray Coating Line - OBM-V

Our advanced automatic chain-on-edge spray coating machine delivers efficient, high-quality painting for small metal, plastic, and glass parts — all within a compact, cost-effective system designed for high-volume production

Automatic chain-on-edge / spindle type spray coating machine provides automatic painting to small-sized metal, plastic and glass products for high production numbers. With its compact structure, it can be installed in small areas and lowers investment and operating costs. The materials lined up on the apparatus in the loading zone pass through the surface preparation section in accordance with the process, are cleaned from the surface dust by antistatic air, if necessary, flamage application is made and they reach in front of the robot in the painting booth. Paint is applied to the rotating parts with a 2-axis robot. Then, it is circulated in the drying oven for the specified time and brought to the unloading section. All these operations are done automatically with the PLC system on the control panel. Different methods can be prepared and saved according to each different piece, thus preventing time losses and errors.
