In powder coating booths with cartridge recovery systems, the powder particles in the air drawn by the suction fan are captured by the cartridge filters. Advantage of these booths are low investment costs.
In this system, powder particles do not crumble and the quality of the paint in re-use is not detoriated. Cartridge recovery systems are cleaned automatically by electronic card. There are also manual cartridge cleaning buttons on the panel. Directing the dust particles horizontally with the intake air provides the most suitable paint application to the grounded part.
Powder collection depot with sieve is located in the lower part of the cabin. The paints spilled on the sieve are transferred to the gun by means of the injector and thus the paint is recycled.
