The painter’s cube product allows the coating of small parts by rotating.
The parts to be applied are loaded by the operator to the painter’s cube. When the doors are closed and the start button is pressed, the boiler starts to rotate and the gun continues to apply during the set application. Parts will be rolled over in order to paint all sides of the materials in the boiler thoroughly. At the same time, the boiler will be able to move up and down between a certain distance as it rotates around its axis. When the application process is finished, the boiler and gun will stop and warn the operator with light or audible signal. Boiler; hot air will be heated by blowing in.
There is a gear-driven gear system to unload the material from the boiler and to allow the boiler to move up and down.
