IR Ovens

Infrared ovens are used for drying or baking paint in powder and wet paint applications, and are designed as full drying and preheating depending on the structure of the part.

Infrared ovens can be used for preheating and curing for powder coating and spray paint applications. Thanks to their high efficiency compared to convection ovens, they facilitate heat transfer to the part and thus reduce the oven sizes.

It is designed as a full drying or preheating type according to the structure of the material and desired process type. When IR ovens are placed in the entrance part of powder coating ovens, it increases the oven speed by 20%, and can significantly shorten the drying time in wet paint applications. There are gas and electric infrared types.
