– Firstly, they are loaded to an automatic conveyor line by personnel.

– Secondly, products go through spray pre-treatment tunnel for cleaning.

– Thirdly, products go into a drying oven before they arrive to powder coating cabin.

– Later, products come inside the powder coating booth and painted manually by coating personnel.

– After products are powder coated they arrive into the powder curing oven, which they are heated to the desirable curing temperature for the powder coating type that is used.

– Products arrive to the unloading area, which they are unloaded by the personnel manually.
