Clean Room

Structures that control the particle density, temperature, humidity and pressure parameters in the ambient air are called clean rooms.

The structure, which is designed to control the particle density in the ambient air to minimize the penetration of unwanted particles into the room, and also controls the temperature, humidity and pressure parameters, is called a cleanroom. It is used in the preparation of the materials to be painted in the paint plants, in the areas where there are conveyor loading-unloading lines, and in masking rooms. The cleanroom class is determined depending on the sensitivity in the painting process and a ventilation and filtering system is created according to that standard. In some cases, the paint plant is completely installed in the cleanroom, thus preventing pollution due to the external environment.
