In Deburring/Downdraft Booths, the dust produced during the sanding process is held by the floor sucking system and releasing it to the factory environment is prevented. Suction air hits the crusher at the entrance of dust collecting unit. The crusher protects the filters from particles and it ensures that the dust goes directly to the collection bucket. Small particles are passed through polyester teflon filters in the direction of air suction and kept on the filters. The dust accumulated on the filters is poured into the dust collection tank by means of pulse valves. The filters are cleaned automatically by the electronic card in the panel.
