Drying - Baking Ovens

Box ovens are used for purposes such as drying after pretreatment, and curing/drying after coating applications.

They are the drying ovens used at the end of the surface pretreatment lines.

They are drying ovens placed to the end of the paint lines with the aim of dry the materials. It is manufactering as a wire belt or PVC belt model according to the drying temperature.

They are also called as conveyor and U type furnaces. The material suspended on the conveyor passes through the furnace and preferably returns by making a U-turn inside the furnace.

These are the systems used for drying specially produced paints suitable for UV drying.

Infrared ovens are used for drying or baking paint in powder and wet paint applications, and are designed as full drying and preheating depending on the structure of the part.

Furnaces designed using specially produced burners do not have a thermoblock unit and burner chimney attached to it, all energy of the burner is transferred into the furnace,
